Our Return Promise

At Heer by Hasan, we hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. We want you to be entirely captivated by your gemstone piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return window subject to the guidelines documented below.

Return Window & Guidelines

Please review the return parameters:

• Standard Items: Non-engraved jewelry pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of signed delivery handover.
• Custom Engraved Items: Items that have been custom engraved with names, initials, or bespoke dates are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are tailored explicitly to you.
• Prerequisites: Items must be returned in their original packaging vault box, unworn, and accompanied by their GIA/IGI laboratory diamond certificates.

Refund Process

Returned items undergo gemological inspection at our central vault. Once verified, refunds are credited back to your original payment gateway (Stripe or Express Pay) within 5 business days.

Life-Time Sparkle Guarantee

The House offers a lifetime restoration guarantee on the integrity of our settings. If a diamond pavé setting loosens or structural gold facets require reconditioning, the studio gemologists will restore it free of charge, including insured round-trip courier shipping.
