Transaction Escrow & Payments
All payment transactions are routed securely:
- Stripe Integration: Card details are collected directly by Stripe via encrypted tokens. Credit card parameters are never recorded or written to our database tables.
- Database Shards: Successful checkouts trigger a document record inside our secure MongoDB Atlas shard. These records are encrypted in transit and at rest, documenting order type, custom size, and shipping address.
Data Preservation
Order records are preserved to provide the lifetime sparkle guarantee and bespoke restoration services. You may request the absolute erasure of your personal coordinates at any time by contacting our private gemologist concierges.
